 Family Resource Centre
Housed in the main lobby of Leo Nickerson School is our Family Resource Centre. The conception and the realization of this centre has been a collaborative effort of parents and school personnel. From this resource library, families may borrow materials on a wide range of subjects including:
- Parenting
- Learning Challenges
- Emotions
- Faith
- Divorce
- Single Parenting
- Health
- Safety
- School Successes
- Social Relationships and Issues
- Creative Ideas
- French Immersion
In addition, a filing cabinet contains numerous brochures and booklets on a variety of topics.
Parents are invited to stop by and browse through the material. A log listing the various titles in the library is located on top of the bookshelves so materials may be signed out from the resource center.
